Happiness is being owned by cats...

I have a great love for all animals, when I was a child I always wanted to go to Africa and study the wildlife there. I wanted to be a veterinarian, I wanted to do something for our non-human companions in this world. I have never been able to accomplish these specific goals, but I do everything possible with-in my power to help an animal in need. Well so much for my strongest passion in life!

Alittle about me: I'm the oldest of 5 children, I have three sisters and one brother. I was born February 18th 1957 in Pforzheim, Germany a country I dearly love, if I didn't have such a fear of flying I would love to go back there. I'm married to a wonderful man Mike Sauro, we've been together for (almost) 8 years, the happiest years of my life. He also has a great love for animals, our kitties in particular of course. Some of the things I like to do when I'm not playing with the kitties are: Watch Star Trek Next Generation, I also like Deep Space Nine, Ally Mc Beal is another favorite show of mine. Romances and comedies are my favorite kinds of movies, a combination of both is better yet. I just saw "Titanic" it was a very good movie.

Some of my interests are: Astrology, reading, drawing and taking pictures (of our adorable kitties of course). I also enjoy making baskets or doing floral arrangements. I like to make things using wood (carving, or burning). Where do I find time to do all this, well usually I don't but once in awhile I can squeeze something in!

Music: I like country, easy rock, I guess I like music of all kinds, depends on what mood I'm in!

Hobbies: Why surfing the internet of course, I probably spend way too much time doing this. I've just started a travel agent class, which promises to be great fun (and hopefully profitable down the road)! Well enough about me for now.

This is a Tribute to our parents, I've been wanting to do this for a long time...We Love and Miss them very much.
