ALL RINGS ARE TEMPORARILY CLOSED - PLEASE DO NOT JOIN AS I WILL NOT BE ENTERING ANY NEW SITES. YAHOO HAS TOTALLY SCREWED THINGS UP AND I AM WAITING TO SEE IF THEY GO BACK TO THE OLD PERSONALIZED RING SYSTEM, IF NOT I WILL MOST CERTAINLY BE MOVING MY RINGS TO ANOTHER WEBRING HOST. IF YOU CHOOSE TO DROP MY RINGS IN THE MEAN TIME I TOTALLY UNDERSTAND AND HOPE YOU WILL REJOIN AT A LATER DATE, WHETHER HERE OR AT A NEW RING HOST. THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE AND COOPORATION IN THIS MATTER. | ||||||
This ring is for people who offer free original graphics on their pages. By original, we mean graphics that have been designed and created by the page owner, either from scratch or by enhancing public domain or computer-generated images. A few non-originals are allowed, but it must be specified that these are not your own. And no unpermitted copyright material, please! Your page must contain NO Nudity or Violence or Abuse of Animals or Children and NO Adult links or Profanity etc...in other words it must be family oriented. If you are an AOL subscriber, please be sure to go to MEMBERS - PREFERENCE - WWW and select "uncompressed graphic", this is VERY IMPORTANT. That way when you upload the graphics they will be viewable by all, not just AOL subscribers, I will not enter sites that have no visible graphics! If you do not do this your graphics will look fine to you, but NON - AOL subscribers will not see them. You must save the graphic to your own server and copy and paste the ring code to your page. It doesn't have to be on the main page but must be the page you list here. (It really serves you best to have the ring on your graphics page!) Once you've applied you'll be sent the code to put on your page. If you have any problems just email Belinda or Doris, we'll be glad to help you. After the ring is on your page let one of us know by email and we'll get back to you within a week. Make sure the ring is on the page that you submit, otherwise the ring is broken and people can't continue to surf it if they chose to. The ONLY exception we will allow to this rule is if your page is framed and you have a clear and visible link to your webring page. If the page is a Webring page, it is a good idea to have a link back to your main page, in case visitors want to view that as well. The ring should look like either one below depending on which ring graphics you've used ... when you're finished; your code will not work until you've been added to the ring. Fill out the form below to submit your site. You will be sent an email of confirmation, the HTML FRAGMENT, and instructions. Make sure you save your site ID and remember your password, as you will need these to edit your site information in the future. ![]() ![]() This is the what the ring will look like without changing the HTML FRAGMENT you receive after submitting, of course feel free to customize text and link coloring.
To get this look you'll have to change both of the graphic codes that you received after submitting.
