Please visit them during Visiting Hours: Friday 4:00-8:00pm, and Weekends 12:00pm-4:00pm, you can also call during Business Hours (they are available by phone only during these hours): Daily 9:00am-2:00pm. Loving Kittens Online - February 2004 'Site of the Month'Located just North of Nashville, TN. They were founded in 1998 and are dedicated to rescuing orphaned and abandoned kittens from euthanasia and the perils of homelessness one litter at a time. All rescued kittens are provided with basic medical care, and rehabilitation if necessary along with an abundance of love, affection and, of course, TOYS!! We work in conjunction with the 2X2 Ranch in Lafayette as a PetsMart partner and have two permanent cages in the Rivergate PetsMart adoption center. Go by and visit them!!
Michael rescues cats in the Miami-Dade county area and has been doing cat rescue for about three years. He with occasional help from family members has successfully trapped, altered, and released 572 cats in that time. He cares for cat colonies consisting of many stray and feral cats. Cat rescue isn't a hobby, the cats depend on him to care for them, he makes sure they are fed, and healthy. He has dedicated much of his spare time to care of these same colonies for several years. He lives in a small apartment and with four cats of his own and many cats ready for adoption, any support you might offer would be greatly appreciated and help him to continue his rescue efforts. Please stop by and see how you can help. All rescuers are special people in my eye's, they take care of somebody else's responsibilities and without them this world would be a MUCH sadder place!! Please, help Michael make a difference in these kitties lives! Thank-you.It's Meow or Never Animal Sanctuary - March and April 2004 'Site of the Month'

The Paw’d Squad Animal Rescue's philosophy is to work towards a time when in Los Angeles all cats and dogs are cared for, all puppies and kittens find loving and caring new forever homes. They rescue unwanted and abandoned animals and provide them with medical care, they then rehabilite them in foster homes until adoptive homes are found. They spay and neuter all prospective pets and understand the importance of educating perspective new pet owners about pet population control. They help to educate caretakers about maintaining healthy feral cat colonies, with the goal of population control and placement of socialized adoptable cats and kittens into permanent loving homes. Please visit them and see what you can do to help!!The Paw'd Squad - June 2004 'Site of the Month'

'Feline VAS Support - Guide for Amputee Caretakers - December (2004), January and February 2005 'Site of the Month''Feline VAS Support - Guide for Amputee Caretakers is a is a website that explains in great detail what to expect should your feline friend ever be diagnosed with a vaccine associated sarcoma and require surgery to remove a limb which is often the only way to save your felines life. It explains from the time the diagnosis is made, to the time and length of surgery, hospital stay time and finally what to expect once at home for recovery. It's an excellent resource to ease your mind about what your feline and you will go through. There are wonderful stories with photos of several felines who have made this journey and are not only alive today but enjoying life as much as before their surgery, normal, healthy cancer free lives.
